Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: To secure a booking at our tattoo shop, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures that your appointment time and day are reserved exclusively for you following your consultation. Please note that the deposit must be paid via invoice within 24 hours of your consultation. Cancellations and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 72 hours before your scheduled time. If you need to cancel within this window, please be aware that your deposit will serve as a cancellation fee. For rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date within our availability. and your deposit will be transferred to you new date. Tattoo parties: all deposits from each guest receiving a tattoo (for any packages required ) must be sent via invoice 72hr prior to the event Pre-Session and Aftercare Instructions: Prior to your appointment, it is mandatory to read through the pre-session directions and aftercare instructions provided by our shop online. This is to ensure the best possible outcome for your tattoo and your health. Numbing Cream Notification: If you plan to use numbing cream before your session, please inform us in advance. This allows our artists to prepare accordingly and provide you with the best care and service. By adhering to these policies, we strive to provide a fair and professional service to all our clients.
